Experience and Capability
Pearsall Fabrications Ltd has been established and based at Fauld Industrial Estate near Tutbury in Burton on Trent for nearly 30 years. We specialise in stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel fabrication and are capable of undertaking work such as:
- Tanks, vessels and hoppers
- Skids, pipework and CIP systems
- Access platforms, staircases and ladders
- Mechanical fitting, conveyor work and safety guarding
- Bespoke fabrications
We currently have a workshop area of approximately 7,000 square feet which is segregated for mild steel and stainless-steel fabrication. Our workshop contains a wide range of equipment to carry out high capacity cutting, shearing, bending, folding, drilling, hole cutting, lifting and welding.
Staff
We continually ensure that not only is the company accredited to a high health and safety standard, but all of our staff receive health and safety training and refresher training on a regular basis. Our engineers have a wide variety of qualifications such as:
- Level 3 apprenticeships in fabrication and welding
- SPA passports, CSCS cards and SSSTS supervisor training
- IPAF and PASMA licenses
- Coded welder qualifications
- Confined space awareness training
- Various other one day training courses such as emergency first aid, manual handling, harness awareness, asbestos awareness and fire extinguisher safety
Health and Safety
Pearsall Fabrications have been fully accredited to the SafeContractor scheme for in excess of ten years. We are also able to provide a site based team complete with fully compliant site and project specific Method Statements and Risk Assessments to ensure our engineers are working in accordance with a safe system of work.
