Pearsall Fabrications has over 20 years’ experience in stainless steel, mild steel and aluminium fabrication and welding for the food and drinks industry. Our time served fully skilled fabricators, coded welders, engineers and fitters enable us to offer a wide range of services including design, manufacture and installation

To meet our clients’ requirements and timescales we have five fully operational workshops with a combined area of approximately 7,000 square feet which is segregated for stainless steel and mild steel fabrication.

Located at Fauld Industrial Estate near Tutbury, our workshops contain a wide range of equipment to carry out high capacity cutting, shearing, bending, folding, drilling, hole cutting, lifting and welding.

Health and Safety

Pearsall Fabrications have been fully accredited to the SafeContractor scheme for in excess of ten years. We also produce our own fully compliant site and project specific Method Statements and Risk Assessments and ensure all of our electrical equipment is fully PAT tested and all lifting equipment is LOLER certified. This ensures our engineers are working in accordance with a safe system of work which is proven by our excellent accident record.

Our Friendly Staff

Our engineers have a wide variety of qualifications ranging from SPA Passports, for hygiene engineering and food safety, to IPAF licences for using mobile platforms.
We continually ensure that not only is the company accredited to a high health and safety standard but all of our staff receive health and safety training and refresher training on a regular basis.
